Our approach

After an introductory meeting in which we discuss your needs and learning goals, we will give you a no-obligation quote. Then we get to work for you. We plan intake interviews with course participants and others involved so that we have a good idea of the needs.
Then we get to work. In what form? That depends entirely on what we have agreed and a lot is possible: training day(s), learning tracks, half-day sessions, follow-up sessions, coaching on the job, etc.

Coaching On The Job

We find among our clients that Coaching On The Job is very effective when it comes to behavioural change or learning new methodologies. Especially in practice, course members run into unexpected or unfamiliar problems, and then it is of course super handy if you can ask one of our experienced trainers for advice.
Then you can quickly move on as a team.

Workshops And Courses

We actually offer our training courses in two basic forms: training day or a training programme. The difference lies in a couple of things. Firstly, the time, a training day is usually limited to 1 or a few days, zooming in very specifically on a particular topic. These are also the training courses we offer via open registration on our website.
A training programme looks slightly different. Together with you, we plan a programme in which learning goals are set and various topics are addressed. For example, we offer a nice leadership programme, Domain Driven Design or PO Next Level training programme.

Agile manifesto principles

Agile itself is not a method, but a body of thought. To give the thinking hands and feet within your organisation, deploy an agile framework. The best-known is Scrum. Other well-known frameworks are Kanban, Lean, Less and SAFe. Here too, we can provide tailor-made training courses for your organisation. Would you like to know more or do you have a question? Then contact us now. We are happy to help.

Scrum is used in more than 90% of organizations. Scrum and agile are therefore often mentioned in the same breath. And it can even be used as a verb: scrumming. Scrum involves working iteratively in sprints with a daily standup where the team keeps each other informed of progress.

Kanban is extremely suitable as a method if your work goes through a process and your work is difficult to plan. Kanban was invented on the assembly line at Toyota. Kanban is actually a visual system that shows a flow. The simplest flow is set up as: To Do – Doing – Done.

With the Lean method you make business processes leaner. Activities that do not add value to the customer are removed. This is how you maximize customer value. Making your organization Lean is based on 5 principles.

LeSS stands for Large-Scale Scrum. Scrum focuses on one team. But if you work with more teams on one product or service, you have to scale up and work on the product or service with multiple teams. LeSS is a good Agile method for this.

SAFe is Scaled Agile Framework enterprise. This framework is very suitable for Agile working in large organizations. The transformation to Agile working is less drastic with SAFe, because functions, for example, remain unchanged.
